In late 1991, Jim Weber established Management Recruiters of Coral Gables. Since then, Mr. Weber has built the company into a leading executive search firm exclusively serving the global needs of the Medical Device industry. In 2001, we changed our name to Weber & Company to reflect the broad range of services that we now offer.
Weber & Company has successfully recruited key executives and individual contributors, as well as project teams of select people who can immediately make an impact. We primarily recruit in the areas of Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Manufacturing for companies located in the United States, Europe, Latin America and the Pacific Rim.
