Directly working with
our Managing Partner who

Manager is responsible
for identifying new &
residual candidates for
retained searches. By
using the telephone and
the Internet, the
Project Manager is held
accountable for name
gathering, candidate
recruitment and
evaluation as well as
establishing ties with
executives. He or she
will also help manage
qualified candidates
until an Employment
Offer is accepted. This
position will help
Rookies gain an
appreciation of how
companies are structured
and what skills are most
coveted in industry.
Account Manager

Project Manager, this

The Account Manager is

to a Business Unit
Leader, the Account
Manager is expected to
utilize his or her
experience to
successfully develop
business. The Account
Manager also helps to

Account Manager is that
he or she is expected to
convert new clients into
Key Accounts while
maximizing the
profitability of those
relationships. The
Account Manager
essentially works for
our client companies by
fulfilling critical
positions and then based
on performance, becoming

vendor.
