Project Manager

This is a critical front line position that will enable you to learn the necessary fundamentals of a Search Consultant and our marketplace. Directly working with our Managing Partner who is among the best of all Executive Recruiters in the country, the Project Manager is responsible for identifying new & residual candidates for retained searches.  By using the telephone and the Internet, the Project Manager is held accountable for name gathering, candidate recruitment and evaluation as well as establishing ties with executives.  He or she will also help manage qualified candidates until an Employment Offer is accepted. This position will help Rookies gain an appreciation of how companies are structured and what skills are most coveted in industry.

 

 

Account Manager

For the successful Project Manager, this position represents a significant advancement. The Account Manager is an important contributor whose success directly impacts our firm’s long term growth. Reporting to a Business Unit Leader, the Account Manager is expected to utilize his or her experience to successfully develop business. The Account Manager also helps to nurture the professional development of the office. The key distinction of an Account Manager is that he or she is expected to convert new clients into Key Accounts while maximizing the profitability of those relationships. The Account Manager essentially works for our client companies by fulfilling critical positions and then based on performance, becoming a client’s preferred vendor.

 

Business Unit Manager

A proven Account Manager can advance to a Business Unit Leader position that represents a strategic leadership role within our firm. After demonstrating superior success, as measured by teamwork, leadership and most of all performance; this employee is considered a bona fide "Rainmaker" who generates a significant volume of retained search assignments that require a team of Project Managers to fulfill each position.
